Charlotte is Head of Commercial Development at the RSA (the royal society for the arts, manufactures and commerce). Our mission is to unite people and ideas to resolve the challenges of our time. We have been at the forefront of significant social impact for over 260 years. Our proven change process, rigorous research, innovative ideas platforms and diverse global community of over 30,000 problem-solvers deliver solutions for lasting change. Charlotte leads the cultivation of partnerships between the RSA and organisations that have the means and desire to drive social change. These opportunities for collaboration may include sponsorship, partnering on content and thought-leadership, as well as structured access to our networks and public ideas platforms. For the last 9 months, she has been supporting organisations to respond to crisis and drive positive change via the RSA’s Future Change Framework. With over 1,000 downloads it has been used by everyone from schools in Australia to the Church of England, the Independent Office for Police Conduct, as well as numerous local authorities and health bodies. We’ve also been working in partnership with the senior leadership teams at The UK Ministry of Justice and NHS Lothian to apply the Framework to future-proof their organisations. Prior to joining the RSA, Charlotte led a team at the recruitment agency Michael Page, supporting not-for-profits and membership associations in becoming more commercial.
